The test results on the result sheets are not aligned correctly.

1. Press the ADMINISTRATOR MENU button on the bottom left corner and enter your password
2. Choose Option (15) PRINTER ALIGNMENT. Choose Test Print if you think the paper is not feeding into the printer properly. If not, click Next.
3. Use the arrows to adjust the printed data up, down, left, and/or right. When you are finished, click Test Print to check the new alignment. Then, click Save
