Resetting LookinBody Web password

If you’ve forgotten your password or if your account is blocked, you can reset it by requesting a temporary password be sent to your e-mail address.

1. Click Forgot Password? at the LookinBody Web homepage.
2. Enter the registered e-mail address you used to activate your account or
   • Enter in your unit’s serial number
3. Once the confirmation message appears, check your e-mail for the temporary password. Click “OK” to finalize your password reset.
4. Login to the LookinBody Web using your ID and temporary password,
