InBody recommends regularly scheduled maintenance of your Body Composition Analyzer every
12-24 months, depending on the frequency of use, to maintain optimal testing performance.

We recommend scheduling maintenance service if:

1. It has been over 24 months since your purchase
2. Your InBody undergoes high daily usage
3. Your InBody has been unused for over 4 months
4. Your InBody is frequently moved to different locations
5. Your InBody is experiencing weight measurement fluctuations

The InBody Maintenance Service* includes:

• A complete 35 point inspection that tests for:
  1. Board Functionality
  2. Cable Functionality
  3. Electrode Functionality
  4. Screen Functionality
  5. Button Functionality

• A complete calibration service that includes:
  1. Program Update
  2. Hardware Modification (if available) Fine Tune Calibration
  3. Weight Calibration

• Thorough exterior and interior cleaning
